I am pleased to be part of a network of over 60 researchers from every province in Canada, representing numerous disciplines and areas of research. “We share the concern that if governments in Canada don’t steer the course of economic and social development towards sustainability, the next generation of citizens will face dire consequences of extreme climate warming.”
As part of this initiative, we are launching a policy-focused position paper, Acting on Climate Change: Solutions from Canadian Scholars, on March 18, 2015 in Montreal at the Americana Conference.
