Talking climate change, eco-anxiety, and action with Chatelaine

I was thrilled to be interviewed by Chatelaine Magazine to talk about climate change and eco-anxiety, or anxiety and stress specifically related to changes in the environment.

As I mention in this piece, there is a great deal of power in talking about feelings of loss and grief related to climate change. Talking about eco-anxiety is what will help us to understand that these feelings are natural, and that we are not alone in feeling them. And, talking about eco-anxiety is what will lead to collective action, and change.
