We need to talk about our ecological grief

There is power in naming the feelings of collective grief so many people around the world are experiencing in response to climate change.

It was truly a pleasure to talk with Hayley Goldberg for Shine last week, and to discuss the profound mental health impacts of climate change, and the rise in ecological grief, from so many research and professional perspectives.

Talking about ecological grief, and using our grief as a political mechanism that brings us together, is one of the most important things we can do. And, in this article, Hayley does a wonderful job of outlining some of the tangible things we can do to cope with our grief, and use it as a catalyst for action.
